The staff was friendly enough, but the Dentist was not that personable and he didn't take any time to find out if I had any questions... Besides saying hello, he didn't say much of anything else. I was going to ask some questions, but he was gone in a flash and I didn't get a chance too.

It's easy to get an appointment. Waiting time was short ( my appointment was at 8am.)
The staff is friendly. In my case the dental assistant was excellent. She did a great job. She explained everything to me. In the other hand, Dr. Estrada just introduced himself and that was all the communication from his part. He went to apply the anesthesia without talking, left the room and then came back without saying anything.
I would give 5 stars to the assistant and 2 to the doctor.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
