They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

First let me say that I love Mandarin Pediatrics but only because of Robin (ARNP) and Dr. Kevin. These are the only providers I will schedule my daughter with. I refuse to have my child seen by Dr. Soud. He is rude and opinionated. Thank goodness he has Dr. Kevin and Robin on his staff. They make up for the absence of his bedside manner.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, they were very calm and understanding

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
