All my question are answered, and they are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff very friendly and welcoming. The office is easy enough to find. I will absolutely return.

I have been a patient of Dr. Judd's ever since I moved to California in 1993. I actually look forward to my visits (I mean it!) because I really don't mind the dentist, but also because they are always so friendly and they have become like family to our family. I even take my 3 children to see him and have been very pleased. I took my first child to see a pediatric dentist when we lived briefly in Orange County and they wanted to sedate him for a cavity! I was appalled and always made sure to make appts for him when we came back to SJ when we lived away. Awesome staff and great dentistry.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Dr. Judd and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I always feel confident I am in good hands and well taken care of during my visits. Their office is well organized and clean. Dr. Judd is the most gentle dentist I have ever been too. I never realized how relatively pain-free the cavity filling process could be. I only wish my family had discovered him sooner! I especially appreciate Dr Judd's honesty and his current, effective methods.
