They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.
