I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
