They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The staff really knows what they're doing. They're able to answer most of my questions. My calls are answered quickly. The office was easy enough to find.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
