I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Admittedly, 15 years ago I got lucky when I found Dr. Dawson. Back then I was a kid and just needed to list someone on my insurance. However, I can now say, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Dr. Dawson is a great person and doctor. I do not go to the doctor often but, when I do, I want the best. Dr. Dawson has definitely gone above and beyond every time. When my elderly parents moved to Florida, Dr. Dawson is who I chose for them. As I married and had children there was no doubt who my family would see.

As a physician, Dr. Dawson has always been compassionate and understanding. He has always given me as much time and patience as I needed to fully explain my concerns and ask questions. He has happily responded to phone calls at night and on the weekends when we just needed peace of mind. Dr. Dawson has always done a great job in thoroughly explaining and translating everything so that it is completely understood (medications, symptoms, been thorough in explaining everything including medications, symptoms, physiological processes, etc.). In short, he sincerely cares about his patients and it shows in everything he does.

Several years ago, after heavy smoking for almost 75 years, my father was hospitalized with emphysema. My dad spent several years in and out of the hospital (mostly from being stubborn). He passed away a few years ago when his body just couldn't take it anymore. During this time, Dr. Dawson remained my dad's primary physician. He was the rock that kept my father strong. When specialists were needed, Dr. Dawson was there every step of the way. My father's passing hit our family quite hard emotionally. However, I can honestly say that he was in the best hands. And, I know that the additional years my father enjoyed were pain free and happy, mainly in part because of Dr. Dawson's involvement.

Every once in a while there is a person in your life that you can be genuinely proud to know; someone that has improved your life. For me, and my family, Dr. Dawson is one of those people.

Dr. Dawson, if you ever read this, just know that I am grateful for everything you have ever done for me and my family. You are truly one of the nicest people and best physicians I have ever known.

Thank you,
Fred Lackey
