What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Everything is great except that I've now had 4 appointments cancelled because he is "out sick". I went to a different provider for 12 years and never once received a call like this! I've only been going to this provider for less than a year and had 4 appointments cancelled because he's sick? If something major is going on they need to tell patients so they can go someplace else and receive prompt treatment
