I had a sinuplasty and Turbinate procedure done in office on 2-19-2012. The doctor always let me know what he was going to do next and what to expect when he was doing it. His assistant has a very professional demeanor as well as a good sense of humor. Yeah there was a little pain here and there( Duh) their working in your nose and sinuses what do you expect.
I would highly recommend Dr. Shah and his assistant to anyone looking to do this procedure.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

The office and staff are nice enough. Dr. Shah himself seems nice, but always seems to be in a rush. I certainly have never heard him say " Do you have any questions? " which I'm used to with any other Dr. My primary care physician even commented that while Shah is very knowledgeable, his bedside manner needs improving. He needs to slow down and take more time with each patient, in my opinion. It may be a case of overbooking, who knows.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
