I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
