They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I can call and have an appointment the same day and when I do come in, we wait maybe 15 minutes, not an hour like my son's last doctor. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I can't wait for their new office to open because it will have plenty of parking.

Don't listen to the fake complaints, Dr. Virdi's son is the manager, I have never seen him touch a patient. There is a male doctor that covers for her when she is away, but they told me before I made my appointment that he will see my son because she was visiting her new grandbaby. The doctor was very polite and not creepy at all. He was older but I would rather have experience over anything else for my children!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. It appears that dr. virdi's son is acting as a nurse. We are not sure if he is certified RN or not. He was totally trying to flirt with my thirteen year old daughter. My daughter told me she does not want to talk with that creepy guy again. Overall, the doctor is nice, but the clinic is poorly maintainced. My daughter complanied that the restroom was really dirty. They have two window ac units in the waiting area, it really could not cool the room on summer day. I been taking my daughter to another pediatrician on same street, and she is very happy. I just had to write this review as concerned mother, most of the reviewsabout this doctor appears to be fake, but you can judge your self!

One thing I appreciate about Dr. Virdi is her warmth, wisdom, and caring attitude. I know someone will always be available to take care of my children, because she has a backup plan. She also provides various Urgent Care facility locations that you can go to up until Midnight. This saves you that expensive and more stressful Emergency Room visit for non-life threatening, but still urgent times. I can see now why she specialized as a pediatrician because she takes a personal interest in each one's well being even after they "outgrow" her services. They put in the extra effort to make my child ren feel special and important. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my children wouldn't get sick. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make all of us feel special and appreciated. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
