Been going there for a while, easy to work on appointments and willing to accommodate. Clean office inside, would not change them for no reason. Had some work done, dentists listened to my concerns, made it feel easy.

After a horrible experience at a different practice (that's another review) I was hesitant to see any dentist so I sadly neglected my teeth. My insurance is an HMO so I had to find an office that would accept it. It got to the point where I had to go somewhere so I checked reviews and chose Pacific View Dental Group. I was skeptical after having such a bad time with the other office but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was exceptionally nice and patient considering I was not trusting and asked a lot of questions concerning billing.

I never had to wait long for any of my visits. They worked with me and did several procedures in one visit to minimize the time I had to take off work. It is very convenient having specialists all at the same location. I feel like I received the best dental work I have ever had.

I really must compliment Dr. Chong on making a root canal (almost) pleasant with his friendliness and great personality!

Dr. Proussaefs is a perfectionist! My new crown is just like having a "real" tooth...probably better since the fit is amazing. Many thanks to Christy too for taking the time to make it perfect!

I will, and have been recommending this office to friends and coworkers who are in need of dental work! Give this office a try...you won't be sorry!!

I am writing this review to thank them because they saw me with short notice on a Friday when my previous dentist did not even have a secretary (just answering machine). I am not sure why most dentists and doctors do not work Fridays, my cousin was talking highly of Dr. Proussaefs, so I went to Pacific View Dental, they fixed what I went for, they were good listeners above all, and very gentle. They explained well what was going on, I had to go back, saw couple of the other doctors, they all appeared to be very nice and caring.

It just feels good to be appreciated as a human, most of everything. The dentists (I saw Dr Chung very cool guy and Dr. Proussaefs very detailed and thorough) are very kind and good listeners, and the staff tries to make you feel home. I had no insurance but I used their in-house program; not only did I save money but I found a place I feel comfortable going for follow-up visits.

I nornally do not write reviews, they just treated me so well I somehow owned them a way to say thank you. Like most people I would not say hate but I certainly used to dislike going to a dentist, however, at Dr. Proussaefs office the docotrs were gentle and front desk staff very polite (what's up with most doctor's offices people in the front being typically rude? just saying...). They all appear to be sencere and caring, like they were there to help me.
