TERRIBLE SERVICE! I have a very busy schedule. Had an appointment at 10:15am today to obtain a simple prescription. Was just a few minutes late to the appointment (not more than 15 minutes), heavy set black woman at the front was EXTREMELY rude, said "you're gonna have to reschedule" with a lecturing tone. I traveled miles to be there. No apologies from the woman, just rude. Told her I would find another doctor, she just shook her head like it was a good thing. I was referred to this doctor from a walk in clinic, and this place was MORE CROWDED than the walk in clinic. Clearly just a mill of some kind with no personalized attention.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
