They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They were so impolite to me during my appointment. They were extremely discourteous and bad-mannered.
