They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I have been going to him for 4 years now. He was my OB when I had my baby 2 years ago.... his service was super professional and friendly despite my thousand and one questions :) . Staff were always friendly. Highly recommended!

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Great relaxed atmosphere. I had to get my annual before a certain date per my insurance and they fit me in. No wait !! Dr Matthews is confident and direct in his care. Ver reassuring . The office staff is always willing to help. Results prompt and offfice is run efficiently.

My Son was delivered by this practice. They were great :) 6 years later he is my obgyn !!
