Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

These people did not care about me. They only cared about the insane amount they wanted to charge me for a teeth cleaning. They would not work with me on the price, and they refused to do any work on me until I had purchased the teeth cleaning. Don't go here. They will try to rip you off.
