I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. The Dr. took his time listening to our concerns. This place had a great staff, and I'll definitely be going back. I have already recommended Dr. Diamond to my co-workers.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
