They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
