They are dishonest and extremely rude. It seams that this office and the manager is especially trained to rip patients off. If you have issues with billing or with your insurance, they are not willing to extend you any courtesy whatsoever. They are absolutely not willing to work with you in order to resolve your billing/insurance issues. Keeping patiens is clearly not the priority here. The goal at Culver Del Rey Dental center is to make you spend as much money out of pocket as they possibly can, even if it includes totally unnecessary dental work. Basically the manager treats the patients as they are all idiots. If there would be an award for the "worst dental office ever" Culver Del Rey Dental Center would be the winner, no doubt.
