I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
