I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The doctor and staff are so kind and attentive. Dr. Frydman always takes the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Quality care has been an issue for me in the past and I have finally found a doctor that I can trust my health care issues to. Dr. Frydman was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend Dr. Frydman to friends and family.
