I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They didn’t even slightly rush my appointment, which I really appreciated. They took the time to really listen to me. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times. They always make an extra effort to accommodate my schedule and set up a time for me that's convenient.

I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment. The waiting room was full of complaining patients who had also been waiting this long and longer. When I mentioned the extremely long wait to Dr. Virshup, he did not apologize or thank me for my patience. Instead he began to get an attitude as he told me about how many patients he had seen that day. He was very rude. He was insensitive. And I would never visit his office again. The staff were great....the doctor---notsomuch!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I couldn't believe how clean and organized their office was. It was one of the cleanest offices I've ever seen. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
