I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Never, they are very reliable.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
