Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I was very upset because on my last visit there, they decided to run some tests on me without my knowledge, and I got stuck with the lab bill. The lady I spoke with at first said they would take care of the situation, then the head nurse told me it wasn't possible. She wasn't helpful at all.
Very unprofessional.
