I had to wait an hour and a half to see the doctor. When I asked why it was taking so long they told me that they have a lot of senior patients who do not always understand when they are given instructions, diagnosis, etc. So it takes longer to deal with them. I found this answer to be unacceptable on a number of levels. It is insulting to their older patients and unhelpful to someone who had to lose and hour and a half of their day staring at the walls of the waiting room. The doctor was fine. Nothing special, certainly not worth waiting for.

I am very disappointed in the unsightly scars I received from what should have been a very simple procedure. When I politely confronted Dr. Strong, he became rude and childish. I do not feel like this type of business etiquette should be in such a well respected area. He needs to take responsibility for his actions. I understand that procedures don't always come out perfectly, but if you want your skin to remain smooth without scarring, I suggest seeing another doctor. It could easily happen again to you next!
