They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I have osteoporosis and Dr. Alongo himself told me I have to wait 5 years to get my bone density test done because my insurance will not cover it, WRONG, I JUST TALK TO MY INSURANCE , I CAN NOT BELIEVE A DR. CAN BE SO IGNORANT. I HAD A HEART TEST DONE, AFTER 5 YEARS HE IS GOING TO FIND OUT NOW WHAT IT SHOWED.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
