My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. While they did answer some of the questions I had, I still felt at a loss for information at the end of the visit. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
