Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
