The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Been going to Dr. Rosequist for nearly 20 years...he is awesome and saved my dad's life!
Worst office staff I have ever met and the doctors will defend the staff. They will tell you they will call in or send a perscription in an hour. 2 hours later at the pharmacy it is not done. When I called back they wanted to act like they were in control and said that it takes them 2-5 hours to get this process done due to 30 people being before me. I told them I was the only one there in the office. I insisted, I was told 1 hour and I gave them 2 and its not here. They argued some more, I told them no, they were not going to treat customers this way at which point I was told the 2-5 hours thing again and then hung up on. I called back and asked to speak with the office manager who insisted she was right there, heard the whole conversation and the person on the phone did nothing wrong. I then asked for a doctor or pa to call me, and was asked what for? I said so they could be aware of whats going on. Needless to say my perscription miraculously appeared. The doctors never called.
My wife had a similar problem with a perscription. But it never appeared after being told it would. This time I called the answering service to make sure I would talk to a doctor. He called back and when he was told, his reaction was to defend his staff, he pretty much could care less.
If you want to get treated this way...these are your guys!
When going over my medication I explained to the Doctor that I have a medication for Desperation that I get from a psychiatrist. Her mouth gaped open and she said "Why on earth would you need to go to a psychiatrist". I was also getting some meds refilled for blood pressure. She told me she would give me a Rx for the blood pressure meds for 3 months. The Rx never got to the drug store and after calling Family Care for 3 weeks with promises that someone would get back to me, They finely did. They told me to find a new Doctor and never come back there again. I went to another doctor after my blood pressure had risen to 169 over 102. The new Doctor got me my pills!!!
