It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.

They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Dr B. is a wonderful Physician, His staff is horrible. They are rude, impatient and very unprofessional. It is impossible to get help at this office because of his front staff and manager of the office. It is a shame that a wonderful physician can not be seen because of his staff. I am sad that I no longer see him, all because his staff is so rude.
