They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
