I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. The staff is very rude and not helpfull at all. They do not follow protocals, they called my house and left a message with my 15yr old son concerning his lab work. Please consider someone else. The doctor is a nice person, but she does not care about the patients concersn.

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. She is a great Dr!
