Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
