I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Is ther a NEGATVIE STAR? This office gets a big fat 'NO STAR'. I am furious with the office service. I have been trying since MAR 17 to fax permissions so that I can make appointments for a 95-year old patient of Dr. Morales. It is APR28 and I have not been able to get a fax through. When I reached an office person today, she hung up on me twice due to my 'tone' instead of trying to help me get the fax through. She's right, I did have a 'tone'. A big one...and it got bigger as she insisted that the fax lines are on 4 days p/wk when another office person confirmed that the fax line was not on for an entire week! All I needed was for her to help me make sure it was on and (heavens forbid!) let me know that she got it. Because last week when we finally got a transmission message that said it went through---this person said they did not get it. The only way I will know if it was actually successful is for someone in that office to let me know. I am appalled at her lack of professionalism to deal with a frustrated caretaker who has been trying (for weeks) to make a very important appointment with her doctor. Now I am forced to make a 95-year old do the phone work I am unable to do myself. Or, maybe I should try for another month and work on my TONE.

Thanks for NOTHING to this office person. Let's not forget...the most important thing is that this patient is not being seen becuase of this ridiculous situation. At 95-years old, do I really need to find her a new Doctor because I am incapable of getting an appointment with this one?

BTW...I have called back 3 times since and can't get through.. Please put someone on the staff that can answer a phone, turn on a fax and make an appointment. Is that asking too much? Or is that only for people who don't have a tone?
