I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Stephen Igel told me when I 21 years old that I was 5 months pregnant and I wasn't. He brought my mom in saying they heard a heart beat and that was just my own. That completely broke my heart.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I really like Dr. Igel, I saw him during some female issues I was having after a string of Gynos chalked it up to "just being a woman, deal with it". He listened and took everything I said down, asked tons of questions, and then began testing. He found out immediately what the problem was, and corrected it. He also did my tubal ligation, which was wonderful, because other OB's said "oh no your too young.." Im 34 with 3 daughters, and birth control pills were making me very very ill. He respected my choice to end my reproductive abilities and explained the whole proceedure to me in the office and before the proceedure. He really offers top notch care to his patients, deeper than the body, he also touches the soul. His nurse Barbara, is a very kind lady and Rose his receptionist is an absolute doll. They go far beyond what is expected and really care.
