I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Never, they are very reliable.
