I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there.

No, there was no annoying music

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
