I was frustrated and felt disrespected by the Medical Assistant's pressure tactics to push into a treatment I was not interested in. She provided misinformation and refused to apologize for raising her voice to me over the telephone when I called back because I was told by her that I would not have to pay for labs and then found out when I arrived that I would have to pay $200. Most of the staff are friendly. However the medical assistant was rude, disrespectful and I left in tears. I am looking for another doctor now.
