They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Ray MD's staff was unproffesional and rude. Her office manager actually hung up on my husband. was shocked at how this buisness was run. I managed a doctor's office and ran an OR and never in a million year would I ever address (or let my staff for that matter) behave like we experienced.
