The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

The doctors and staff at Kinder Clinic are amazing!
We would not trust our children with anyone else!

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
