It is Feb. 20, 2008: "No - It's Season," Mrs. Gomeringer said at Physicans Med for Dr. Gomeringer. I will never go to him again! I was a "year round patient" for 13 years until last week. I have always paid my bill upon service. I had asked Dr. G on my last visit (the first week of Feb. 2008), if he could give me a Rx for 1 year to send to Prescriptions for Assistance Program because my income last year, self employed, Line 37 from 1040 - 2007 was only $5,669.06. The Dr. said that when I got the form to bring it in and he'll fill out his portion for me to send in. His wife was taking my money at that very moment in her inappropriate office attire and age inapproriate attire that barely covered her areolas-nipples with her dark tanned stretch-marked chest and 8" birds nest hairdo that sits around her head like a nut that has not been screwed down yet, and polished 2" talons. Can you say nausea? I called the day I got the form and tried to find out if the office would be open that day and the hours, since my drive is an hour round trip and my gas was very limited; I wanted to make sure if I dropped it off, I could wait somewhere in South Fort Myers somewhere for a few hours or 1/2 a day, but before I could finish, Mrs. Gomeringer asked why, I answered that Dr. Gomeringer said to bring the form in and ... she interruped me and got indigent: she stated that IT IS SEASON and he can't be expected to do anything extra like that - if I wanted to drop it off and "maybe" in a few days I could pick it up. I had not asked her for Dr. G. to drop everything . . . she interrupted and just kept on going. I could not get a word in edgewise. Only MONEY matters - not the patient's health or income status. That Rx costs almost $100 per month. The only things filled out on the form was his name, address, phone #, Medical ID #. Nothing was required of the doctor, except the Rx - which he wrote for only 3 months instead of the year that he said he would give. I waited 5 days for a Rx. ??? Don't go to him - EVER, especially if IT IS SEASON! I wonder if he would like it if I told him he would have to wait 5 days for his payment after services rendered? Not.
