Dr Maggiano is an approachable, affable, knowledgable fellow. His staff have always worked me in on short notice. His knowledge of Internal Medicine is comprehensive, and his bedside manner is humorous.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. Dr. Robbie answered ALL questions, and was very educational. VERY GOOD!

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
