They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I trust Dr. Brus with my life, and the lives of my friends and family. He is a teaching physician who usually has a student by his side in his office. I never feel like I've herded like cattle at his office like so many others do. Dr. Brus asks many questions and makes you feel comfortable enough to answer. He is a very good listener and has GREAT bedside manner!
