They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. All the advice they gave me was completely unbiased. They didn't try to force their opinions on me, and gave me genuine advice that was in my best interest. Their staff didn't go out of their way to help me. They were only willing to spend the minimum amount of effort to help me.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Yes, they went above and beyond

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. If I were to compare them to other psychiatrists I've seen, I would definitely say they were one of the best. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
