They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had 2 areas in the waiting room likely for "sick" and "well" children, but it wasn't really enforced and the signs weren't that noticeable.

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
