Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I felt that they really valued my kids health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on them. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They were ready to see them when they showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.They are the only ones that I would trust with my children...They do an awesome job.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. GOOGALEEMOOGALEE! The office was easy enough to find. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Dr. Fialko has a hot son.
