Dr. Wade and his staff are helpful and are great at making my appointments fit with my life. When I first started going to Falcon Family Orthodontics Dr. Wade took the time to learn my family's names and now he always asks how they are, by name. Dr. Wade and his staff make you feel very comfortable and I trust him completely when I am in the dental chair. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Wade and orthodontic practice to other people. -They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. -They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. -They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. -The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. -
They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They showed me a 3D model of how my teeth should look after the braces, so I have a good idea of what the results will be. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have a great waiting room, loaded with fun things to read and even video games for the kids! I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place!! I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
