I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

The doctors are not that bad. I honestly didn't have the same personal experience as Neema with short waits and quality time. Sometimes a little hard to understand, but for the most part friendly. I wish I could say the same about their office staff. In 2009 I talked to the doctor about a wart on my son's foot. They recommended at home treatment and if it doesn't clear up in a month or two, freezing. Well it didn't clear, it got worse. So I called and made an appointment, explained over the counter did not work and that we needed to have it freezed off. My dad took him for me and instead of freezing it, they told him to try over the counter treatments, which he said we had already done.I called, they said bring him in and we'd have it frozen off. I complained that I was paying for asecond appt because they didn't do what they were suppose to do the first time. They said the payment would be waived. TWO YEARS later, I get a bill saying that I owe for that visit. And they cannot find records of where I called, where I was told it was being waived. POOR record keeping.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Yes, I had to wait forever.
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
No, they were polite

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
