Dr. Smith is a horrible doctor. Ladies beware. He turned my epidural off at 9 centimeters and would not turn it back on. For 3 1/2 hours I struggled to push my baby out feeling everything including the needle in my back that was supposed to be helping me. The nurses continued to tell me that my epidural was still on and that no medication can block the pain I was having since I was at 10 centimeters and ready to push. The next day he had the nerve to tell me that he does this to all first time mothers and it was procedure. Then he said but don't worry, this won't happen with your next child. I will never go to him again and highly recommend every women to stay far away from him.

I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. After delivering I had staph and strep infection in my c section site and the doctor accused me of picking at my own scar, for he felt there was nothing wrong with me, but lab results DO NOT lie! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My entire pregnancy I had no problems, excpet for pre eclampsia and being put on bedrest, I WAS VERY COMPLIANT AND DID NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED AS I WAS!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
