They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.
